How Do Customers Rate Vertical Response?
See what real users have to say about Vertical Response, some positive experiences and some negative. We hope these user comments can help you make an informed decision about which service to choose.
Upon researching for an email resource, I came across some vendors that required subscriptions that were not affordable for my operation, nor did I need the amount of emails that were in each subscription level. Others had the option to buy just the emails you would use, again it was unaffordable. I came across Vertical Response, and honestly the think that attracted me at first was the price. Upon using it, it was very easy to use and I was sending an email within no time. – Steffen H., G2 Crowd 12/14/2016
VerticalResponse is a good choice for an email marketing solution when you also need advanced image-editing features. There’s no guarantee that your contacts who use Gmail will receive your emails, though. Creating segmented email campaigns is also more difficult with this application than with the best email marketing services. However the templates and marketing responses were quite healthier. – Ram G., GetApp 2/23/2017
Other than it being free I dislike the majority of what the app offers. The way in which email are created is very clunky and time consuming for staff. It takes up to a day sometimes to get a email out the door when the content has already been provided. That is because the majority of the time when we send test emails they look different than what we see in the preview. Their support is helpful when I do call in but normally there is a long wait and I am still never 100% satisfied with the email that are going out. – Lucas V., G2 Crowd 3/29/2016
We used VR for a couple months but were not happy with the reporting features. We were also hoping for A/B testing abilities in order to see which email subject lines, from lines, etc would perform better to our customer lists. – Alex L., GetApp 12/8/2016
Why Are Responsive Template Designs Better?
By 2018, 80% of email users are anticipated to access their email through a mobile device, according to a recent report by The Radicati Group. That’s why it’s important for you to make sure your emails look great on all devices, not just your PC. Vertical Response and a number of other email marketing services are quickly moving to providing responsive templates. Here, you’ll learn more about this latest trend that’s sure to grow.
Is Vertical Response Right for You?
If you’re looking for an easy-to-use service that doesn’t have a ton of sophisticated features in terms of email design elements and easy ROI reporting, you may want to check out Vertical Response.
